These terms govern your use of elogiks.com and any services you commission from eLogiks LLC ("eLogiks", "we").

Website use

The content of this site is provided for general information. We may change it at any time. Case-study figures describe individual client outcomes and are not a guarantee of future results.

Services and pricing

• Every engagement is confirmed by a written proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline and payment terms.
• Unless the proposal says otherwise, 50% is payable before work starts and 50% on completion.
• Support periods begin on the project launch date.

Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables created specifically for you are yours. Pre-existing tools, frameworks and libraries remain the property of their owners and are licensed to you for use in the delivered work.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
